One day I was going to the bank to deposit a check. When leaving the bank something urged me to search for a realtor on Google Maps. The city where I live has many business associates realtors with larger real state companies and many independent realtors as well. Something called my attention about the first match on google maps, it was the REMAX icon and I decided to see the location. It was just two blocks away from where I was. I drove over to the REMAX location, opened the door and I came across Mara. Ever since that moment, the office environment at her office was very welcoming. Mara was highly welcoming and the beginning beginning of our introductions was very smooth and in a perfect environment motivating each other to engage into looking at current properties in the area and trying to assess the real state market in the area where my home was located. Mara did not doubt at any questions, absolute clarity on her answers and after 20 minutes of looking at properties she showed an absolute and devoted interest in engaging to make the sales process as simple as possible. Next day we sat for a couple of hours and in my property and we had the chance to talk in ‘real’ detail the process, the requirements and expectations, etc. Mara always had an answer to every single one of my questions and always willing to go the extra mile, to ensure that I had clear understanding about every single detail, either for simple or complex topics. The experience was highly professional. I have been a consultant for Fortune 500 companies and there was not a single topic that I had questions about, or required explanations that Mara did not take the time to elaborate on and give assertive and 100% clear and honest answers. No ambiguities, simplification of requirements and dependencies, timelines and aspects that I had never thought about. In other words she truly engaged in the process of selling my property as if it would be her own property. On day one, she collected images and videos of the property and published the property. Four.. listen to this carefully.. FOUR days later the actual buyer showed interest and few weeks later the property was sold. I was amazed at how easy, motivating and achieving Mara had delivered results. The terms, the process and everything was impeccable in detailed precision, simplifying of the tasks that absolutely impressed me. Not a single message was unanswered, not a single call was unanswered, proactive feedback, even if just to catch up and keep up with the open communication channel that she fostered since the very first moment in the engagement, and even past the closing on the property. The process was absolutely flawless and the experience was ultimately incredible. Truly a people’s professional. Just to close on this review. The engagement was loaded with encouragement, fun, precise, successful and even getting a higher price on the sale that I was expecting. Every single day there were nothing but good news, which kept me up so engaged in the process as to my willingness to do it all over when I buy my next property.
